The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the recently renovated spa. The food was excellent.
The shower gel was missing. The hotel did not offer it, which I found odd. The music outside KEPT us awake past midnight.

my room was very warm even though a fan was provided. the sofa bed in the room had a large stain, it looked awful. the bathroom had mold on the sealant, it was rather gross.

Every member of staff was friendly. I found the room VERY clean and tidy. The food tasted delicious. I tried the trout goujons and would highly recommend them. The bed proved so comfortable, I wished I could take it home with me.
The spa felt more like a public children's pool.

The location is beautiful with amazing interiors and spa and gym facilities. It makes you feel welcome. Breakfast is an excellent fresh buffet. Dinner is also available and it's a pleasant experience. I liked all facilities.

the bedroom was very clean with good facilities. i especially liked the large, comfortable bed. it really helped me relax after a long day..
the room was quite a long walk to reach. i also noticed that the furnishings are getting a little shabby. some chairs definitely need replacement.
