Okay stay, some MINOR issues
helpful staff renovated spa excellent food missing shower gel loud music late night
The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the recently renovated spa. The food was excellent.
The shower gel was missing. The hotel did not offer it, which I found odd. The music outside KEPT us awake past midnight.

large stain bathroom mold
the building itself was lovely.
my room was very warm even though a fan was provided. the sofa bed in the room had a large stain, it looked awful. the bathroom had mold on the sealant, it was rather gross.

Fantastic Getaway!
friendly staff clean room comfortable bed
Every member of staff was friendly. I found the room VERY clean and tidy. The food tasted delicious. I tried the trout goujons and would highly recommend them. The bed proved so comfortable, I wished I could take it home with me.
The spa felt more like a public children's pool.

The location is beautiful with amazing interiors and spa and gym facilities. It makes you feel welcome. Breakfast is an excellent fresh buffet. Dinner is also available and it's a pleasant experience. I liked all facilities.

The rooms are comfortable and roomy. they are perfectly clean and tidy. The bed I slept in was big and comfortable. I had a restful night. Everything felt excellent and well cared for.

The location is very convenient. The surrounding area is perfectly kept. The grounds.. AMAZING! The city is only ten minutes away by car.

All the staff, from the manager right down to the chambermaid, were excellent and helpful. The hotel staff were very helpful and engaging. They were always available. The service across the hotel felt great.

polite staff good food nice spa dated hotel water puddles mould signs
the staff was polite in all areas. the food was good each evening. spa facilities were also quite good.
i noticed puddles of water on the windowsill and some signs of mould. the steam room was out of order.

pretty well-kept grounds chaotic messy changing rooms
the grounds are quite pretty and well maintained.
The changing rooms at the spa were chaotic and messy. Wet towels were everywhere and it wasn't relaxing at all.

clean bedroom comfortable bed long walk shabby furnishings
the bedroom was very clean with good facilities. i especially liked the large, comfortable bed. it really helped me relax after a long day..
the room was quite a long walk to reach. i also noticed that the furnishings are getting a little shabby. some chairs definitely need replacement.
